Missing Order Policy.

If your order is missing, we have a wait period of up to 8 weeks. Letters get returned to us every week because an improper address or recipient name is used. It takes up to 8 weeks or more for a letter to be returned to us so we ask that you be patient and most of all polite, so we can quickly help to resolve the problem. E-mailing us everyday will not help the situation.
